As a self-taught gymnast for over 15 years, I've had the opportunity to guide hundreds of athletes, whether within my own facility (Powercamp), through personal coaching, or during numerous seminars.
These combined experiences, along with years of research and training, allow me to offer you programs that will make you stronger, more enduring, more flexible, and, most importantly, move better.

You're not really sure where to start or in what order to work on different movements. Should you first develop your strength or mobility? Or should you train 2 or 3 times a week to progress? How long? Etc...
In short, it can quickly become a real puzzle. Therefore, to simplify your life and help you progress as quickly as possible, my programs were designed.
How can I determine if I have the required level to follow a specific program ?
To know if you're ready to follow a program, I invite you to check the prerequisites provided in the
description of the program that interests you.
What equipment should I have access to when following a program?
You can find everything you need in any CrossFit or functional training facility.
Is it possible to follow this program in parallel with another one?
Yes, the volume and intensity are designed to allow you to follow a gymnastics program alongside
the WODs at your box, for example.
How many training sessions per week? What is the average duration of a session?
Each program consists of 3 sessions per week, with an average duration ranging from 25 to 45
minutes. The programs typically last around 12 weeks.
